Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Bangkok Synchronize Business Co., Ltd. ("BangkokSync", "we") collects through bangkoksync.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
The short version
We use a couple of necessary cookies to run the site — your language choice and your cookie preference itself. We also run Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on every visit, including if you decline them in Cookie Preferences — see Analytics and Marketing below for what that means. The only other personal data we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form, or send us by phone, email or LINE — and we use it to reply to you.
Who is responsible for your data
Bangkok Synchronize Business Co., Ltd., 1338/946 Rama 3 Road, Chong Nonsi, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand, is the data controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form. Your name and email address are required. Phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message are optional — you decide whether to provide them.
Information you give us directly. If you contact us by phone, email or LINE, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Our contact form uses the IP address of a submission solely to apply a rate limit that blocks automated spam.
Cookies
Necessary — always on. A cookie that remembers your language (Thai or English) and one that remembers your cookie choice itself, so we don't ask again every visit. Both are required for the site to work correctly and don't need consent under the PDPA. We also store your light/dark theme choice in local storage on your own device — that never leaves your browser.
Analytics and Marketing — currently on for every visitor. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Both currently run for every visitor, including if you switch Analytics or Marketing off in — that setting does not yet block them. If that changes, we will update this page.
What we do not collect
- No sensitive personal data. Please do not send us information such as health data, religious belief or identification-card images through the contact form.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. Under the PDPA we rely on your request to take steps prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. We do not use your enquiry to send you marketing unless you separately ask us to.
For Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, described under Cookies above, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and in measuring the performance of our advertising. That processing does not currently depend on your choice in Cookie Preferences, for the reason explained there.
Who else processes it
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Brevo, a transactional email provider acting as our processor, and the resulting email is stored in our company mailbox. The website itself is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data on our instructions, and handling your enquiry may involve transferring it outside Thailand.
Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) and the Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) also receive technical and behavioural data from every visit to this site, as described under Cookies above. That processing involves transferring your data outside Thailand to those companies' own servers.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the life of that relationship plus the period required by Thai accounting and tax law. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it once it is clearly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to the conditions in the Act, you may ask us to:
- give you access to, or a copy of, the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete or anonymise your data;
- suspend or restrict our use of it;
- transfer it to another controller where that applies;
- object to our processing of it; and
- withdraw consent, where our processing relies on consent.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within the period the PDPA allows. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to our mailbox is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim that transmission over the internet carries no risk.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Links to other sites
Our work and articles link to sites we do not control, including client websites and LINE. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
